 About us Poeware was founded in 2004 by a group of international consultants in order to provide first class IT engineering to our natural market of Western Europe and Nordics. Our international team operates from our headquarters in Wroclaw (Poland), and from our project offices in Munich and Madrid, while our customer base is well established in Germany, France, Spain, the UK and Poland, and extends as far as Argentina and French Polynesia. We provide high quality engineering and software development while taking advantage of a reliable and knowledgeable workforce in Poland. Our area of expertise include: billing systems for Telecoms and Utilities, e-commerce platforms, and System Integration. Our core industries are currently Finance, Retail, Imaging, Telecoms and Utilities. Our strategic business offer is for our clients to find efficiency, flexibility and reliability with a team that can work closely with them, as close as one of their own subsidiaries, with on-site and off-site work blended smoothly as needed in order to achieve their own targets. |
The Management Team
Bartosz Mnich, Managing Partner (Polish)An international IT consultant for more than 10 years with successful experience on complex corporate projects, Bartosz brings to the team an all-round IT professional with the consulting soft skills required to understand the diversity of our customers' needs, and the engineering hard skills required to provide them solid best-of-class solutions and services. He has lived in Wroclaw, London, Dusseldorf, Paderborn and Munich. As a Managing Partner Bartosz Mnich is responsible for Poeware's engineering, QA and software service provisioning, as well as IT consulting lead and technical project management. Carlos Serna, Managing Partner (Spanish) IT consultant with more than 10 years of international experience Carlos combines pure consulting and software engineering skills with university degrees in both law and economics. Poeware benefits from Carlos' multidisciplinary background not only when producing software, but specially when understanding and managing our customer's requirements and business needs. He has lived in Madrid, Seattle, Dusseldorf, Munich and Frankfurt. As a Managing Partner Carlos Serna is responsible for technical customer engagement and project management, as well as supervision finance and HR. Cédric Sagne, Business Development (French) A former IBMer and Oracle Corp. collaborator, Cédric Sagne brings a broad and international work experience in the IT industry and dealing with customers. A graduate of Business Administration, his skills are evenly spread between hard technical skills such as webdesign, DTP and graphic design, IT architecture, while retaining excellent soft skills such as an extensive knowledge of the industry, Marketing and Sales served by a perfect fluency in three languages - and not counting Catalan and Polish! He has lived in France, Spain, Ireland and the UK before settling down in Poland. As a Business Developer, Cédric Sagne is responsible for Sales and Marketing strategies design and implementation. |
