Poeware internal procedures already meet ISO 9001 standards. We are currently being examined, and plan to be fully certified in 2005.
Quality Assurance involves all departments and employees inside the company as well as covering all processes.
The QA Manager is the designated person responsible for the entire quality control system. This person reports directly to the CEO. Each development team has a Project Manager who is responsible for quality control inside his team and project.
In order to ensure the best quality of its final product, Poeware has a special testing department that is managed by the Testing Team Leader. Collaborative relationships are established between each Project Manager and Testing Team Leader during the entire life cycle of a project.
Regular Quality System audits are scheduled, with reports, preventive and corrective actions being recorded.
In accordance with the project planning and delivery schedule, each delivery is performed after the unit and integration tests are passed as specified in the test plan and after following our internal procedures designed to meet ISO 9001 standards.
